It depends on what appearing dumb means. Does it mean I can't realize the benefits of my intelligence in a way that other people can observe? Or does it mean I just look dumb physically?
Former no. Latter yes. I don't like gifts I can't share.
I think in the context for which Chuck was positing the question he meant the former. +1 for gifts that can't be shared!
