they are irreversible when added to the blockchain, your transaction is stuck in the mempool it will be evicted at some point or you could import your seed on a wallet that has rbf (please be ware of malware), those utxo are still yours until they are included in a block.
Unless you need your sats soon, i'd say it would be best to just wait.
