I wouldn't go so far as to say bad for bitcoin, but it has issues. The Prime Trust fiasco was made worse by Swan's dishonesty. I had a great deal of trouble getting my bitcoin off the exchange. Also, limiting transactions to 9-5 weekdays is archaic and fiat like. Cory is a master marketer. I'll give him that.
