Regulating Bitcoin directly would mean it has become centralized and therefore has failed. I'm not libertarian (at all), but in my humble opinion Bitcoin will benefit society most if it's not regulated

In this regard, Bitcoin spot ETFs, if approved, will be a disaster for Bitcoin, in particular if they grow too big, which many assume will happen.

True. Gary Gensler is the unsung hero of Bitcoin, he delayed approval of the ETFs to the max
