Would you explain how "a .BTC domain" running in Stacks could count as "based on the Bitcoin blockchain"? Doesn't Stacks simply hash a copy of their own blockchain to a transaction in Bitcoin? And in what way does the .BTC domain in Stacks require the Stacks or Bitcoin blockchains for its existence?
