We have: @unpaywall (it's a bad nym since it was originally created for something else)
But it's not parsing content yet. Only the provided link for link posts. I am also not sure what to do if a post contains multiple twitters links. As-is, @unpaywall would not show which nitter link is which twitter link.

Mhh, I think something like this would be better handled by something like a Tampermonkey script that runs in your browser.
This would also work on any site then.
While writing this, I realized there probably is something like this already out there. And voilĂ , there is.
Depending on which browser you use (I use Brave), just install the Tampermonkey extension and then install the script (don't just install any script for hopefully obvious reasons).
I just tested it and it did exactly what you were asking for:
This might not work on mobile though since I am not sure if you can install browser extensions on mobile.
