Almost there, here's the traditional italian recipee (4 people):

  • Tomato passata 300 g
  • Beef (beef mince, coarse) 300 g
  • Carrots 50 g
  • Celery 50 g
  • Onions 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red wine 100 g
  • Bacon 150 g
  • Vegetable broth to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp

Also I thought...

When browning the mince, firstly take some raw mince and make little meatballs, fry them off crispy, set aside

Then fry the rest of mince as normal

Then add meatballs and stir in, so that every now and again you get a little crispy nugget ummmm
