Plan is to allow them to be resold 1 month after staying unpaid. I have ~30 days to implement that lol.

And if I want to be pedantic, this archival state could still be considered a "grace period" since they can still pay to unarchive and keep it.

Even though I did indeed forget that we transition from GRACE to STOPPED which then shows "archived".
