Being fully aware of their willingness to do whatever it takes to benefit themselves (Tether Operations Limited) I never want to use Tether as a product or service. But many people found a a use in it, and obviously when your currency is falling apart because of failed governance, you'd have a use for it. I suppose they are hurt because they got fined for being too big, other players would be unhappy if they didn't get a slap on the wrist.
But to point out that u.n et al. and whatever farcical institutes they employ to 'do research' try to pass off the real mitigation of bad governance and management by team trad-fi is, at this stage, disingenuous to the public, of which many are also researchers themselves. So, I actually applaud them for calling a grain of truth.
