Thanks for sharing. It's really interesting hearing that because it's not new to me at all but I often felt like it was alien to many people. We have been doing this for many years and it become second nature. It was really because we lived on one income in our family for a long time, since we home educated the kids. It was a huge sacrifice but it's something we felt was worth it. Maybe I should sit down and write some the things we used to do in our family to make things special. What's the book called please?
