This is an article written for Nerdwallet. I was skeptical, since although I have used the site in the past for practical advice regarding credit cards, mortgages, car insurance, and stuff like that, I never expected to find any bitcoin content. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a good, basic introduction to bitcoin that has been regularly updated for 10 years. As the title suggests, it is really useful only for beginners.

This -- or I guess things like this -- is kind of a big deal, imo. Credible articles written to a normie audience by a respected source with not a lot of extra add-on hyperbolic bullshit that btc often carries around. This is one of those things that you kind of forget how rare it used to be.
