Yeah it's definitely worth going thru your apps and deleting what you don't use. Most of them are a huge privacy issue anyway. I'm not on insta but I am on Nostr. I know what you mean about taking the time! I'm not really into weight loss too much as there are people in my family that have high metabolism, so I'm always looking at ways for them to put weight on! 😂 in a healthy way that is (not pizza and chips LOL).
