Man, that movie was in-fucking-tense! Without exaggeration, that movie was one of the best scary horror movies I've seen in a mighty-long time!
It was definitely intense, but it was also not what I expected. First half lined up with my expectations, second half didn't. I enjoyed it, but I haven't felt a desire to re-watch.
ETA: To be clear, I'm glad I watched it.

Fun fact. The male character the female protagonist shares the Airbnb with, was intentionally written to set off every red flag from the non fiction book “The Gift of Fear”. The book is about how to spot warning signs of violent abusive men.
Thought this was the most interesting part. The main characters seesaw between trust and distrust towards this Airbnb roommate/stranger.

Scary movies are too scary? How would you know without seeing it?
It's a scary one for sure, though; Managed to keep the suspense up right until the end, haven't seen a movie like that in a while, a shame I couldn't watch it in a cinema, would've been bonkers.
