100 push ups a day until 100k is the challenge. Not sure where it started or who started it but it is making the rounds on Nostr and bitcoin twitter. I committed and did my first 100 yesterday. I am doing them in 4 sets of 25 spread out over the day. I usually lift weights 3-4 times a week, so this is an add on for me. Any other stackers want to join the challenge?

So I've got 25+25 (50) so far for today. I can report that yesterday's mission was completed.

The point is that you do them. In the Army I went from 12 to 100 in two minutes. So far I've done 50. I do them very strict and at form. What you can do is get on your knees and do 10 every half hour. Hell, you can bang out on your knees 20! Do it 5 times.

That's what we did when we got tired. We would do sissy push ups until that hurt, too!

Also when you finish a set stay on your knees and go slowly to the sky and push 10 times to gently stretch out.

You can do it.
