I don't think bounties are necessary. The thing here that is more valuable than Bitcoin is information, feedback, links, receipts and perspectives. All of us have been trained to give this away for the algorithms to mine. Then we've been trained to beg for tips.
Here there is no begging. Everyone has paid to post. Everyone can signal via zaps that there is a like instead of a stupid ❤️. If you don't like a post you can pay to comment or choose to find another post and reward that.

I agree with pointless "likes". On nostr I only zap
Sometimes a post will fall through the weeds. There are a lot more people on SN now. For example this post had some zaps but no comments:
There used to be an askSN sub but looks like its gone. Anyway, I would have loved to hear more from some of the tech wizards. It happens sometimes. I guess you might need to boost.

I responded to the post. I think if you find your post valuable you need to share it as you have. You can also very easily share it on your social media places and encourage others to view it and join Stacker to discuss this.
When I still had LinkedIn I managed to get a few new members but posting.
You can also expand on your original post by including the link in a new post with a different perspective or you can FIDO.
FIDO is an Army Term for Fuck It, Drive On. Meaning the work out damage is done and you can go to the next topic or assignment.
I've followed some successful people over the years and the message they repeat over and over again is, "Do more. Do often. Do enjoy yourself."
One of the best motivation guys I've followed and was recommended to me by a very successful scientist who I personally was mentored by is Brian Tracy.

Goals! : how to get everything you want-- faster than you ever thought possible
