What's your favourite tool or software, and how has it improved your workflow?

Not really tech but more a tool:
It is a pressure cooker, it allows me to cook any vegetables and allows to keep as much as possible the flavour of the vegetable. And the cooking is faster :)

is rice cooker a pressure cooker as well?

A rice cooker or rice steamer is an automated kitchen appliance designed to boil or steam rice. It consists of a heat source, a cooking bowl, and a thermostat. The thermostat measures the temperature of the cooking bowl and controls the heat.

I just got a simple Instant Pot pressure cooker (the cheap one, with only 3 settings). So far, looks to be really easy to use, simple to clean, and easier to monitor than using the regular pressure cooker.

vim. RIP Bram.
It's the editor that always works, that is available on most systems, and the vendor can't go out of business. It is how I interact with computers, or I use it to write code that interacts with them.

I'm moving AWAY from software that requires an internet connection to work. In other words, I'm trying to get rid of subscription services. Any tool that requires the internet also makes it impossible for me to turn off the internet, for true focus. And sometimes I need to be able to turn off the internet.
