Quetico Provincial Park, the quietest and also the most isolated place i’ve ever been.
There are thousands of lakes and rivers in the park, and no technology (motorized boats, barbed fish hooks, cell towers) at all.

I used to do RF modeling and certification, and we had anechoic chambers for the devices.

Strangely places with a lot of people that I don't know often feel peaceful.
The quietest place I've found as far as being unpopulated is a little league baseball field in the middle of a weekday.
