Yes. Everyone who ever obtained Bitcoin did so by buying it from another entity voluntarily, stealing it involuntarily, finding it, or mining it. That is what can be considered a "perfectly fair" distribution.

I really don't like this "fairly distributed" terminology. It implies that some central institution can or should distribute bitcoin, and it comes from ideologies that believe money should be treated in that way. The only way bitcoin (or any money) should be distributed is through a free market process.

на это уйдёт несколько лет или даже 10ки лет. так как каждая транзакция будет съедать часть средств при отправке. комиссии в блоке 0.25х1000х4 в мес биткоинов. около 1000 биткоинов для майнеров. от 50 до 250 лет это станет равномерно. для каждого. так как вся планета "в долгах
