I think I have an interesting way to do 100 squats, pushups and situps in a rotation of sets:
squats | pushups | situps |
---|---|---|
1 | 1 | 1 |
2 | 2 | 2 |
3 | 3 | 3 |
4 | 4 | 4 |
5 | 5 | 5 |
6 | 6 | 6 |
7 | 7 | 7 |
8 | 8 | 8 |
9 | 9 | 9 |
10 | 10 | 10 |
9 | 9 | 9 |
8 | 8 | 8 |
7 | 7 | 7 |
6 | 6 | 6 |
5 | 5 | 5 |
4 | 4 | 4 |
3 | 3 | 3 |
2 | 2 | 2 |
1 | 1 | 1 |

Add one more exercise to the mix, maybe jumping jacks or something. Then get a deck of cards and assign each exercise to a suit. Spades = pushups, hearts = situps, etc. Then shuffle them up and start flipping over a card. Each number card do that many reps and for jacks do 11, queens 12, kings 13, and aces 14. You'll end up doing 104 of each exercise.
