Thanks for your efforts. Totally understandable. When you took on the accountability post, I thought it was simply going to be a daily roll call- stack those push ups guys kind of thing- but you took it to a whole other level.

In terms of the territory stuff, I would suggest you just write in one of the existing territories for awhile. Territories are not even close to being profitable yet. I am sure @siggy47 would love to have you as a frequent contributor in books and articles. You could create a pseudo blog for yourself within that territory.
