ground beef, or bones, are not expensive. You could get by with 10,000 sats/day and eat 1kg of ground beef per day, less if you get cheap or free bones to make broth and eat.
Not the best option but its better than rice, is chicken. I don't eat it but I use it for my dogs, and its only 2300 sats/kg, while beef is 10,000 sats/kg

💯 but realize things like rice, grains, and Haitian mud cookies may appear cheaper per kg, and have more calories/sat, they are so nutrient poor that you will eat a lot more of them.
