The US is the only developed country that doesn't have a single day of paid vacation. In Europe, it's required by law that people have at least 4 weeks of paid vacation.

I'd like to hear what stackers think about this. I understand that the US has a different work culture. It's common to hear that Americans live to work, while Europeans work to live. Is this 100% true? What system do you think is better?
