Can't withdraw my own money1:
Never had this problem with my Visa Debit card. I'm not aware of any daily or weekly withdrawal limits. I didn't even withdraw any amount this week. Only aware that I have only three free cash deposits per month (or even year?).
I also don't want to speak to any "consultant". But guess I have to.

Footnotes

  1. Yes, I know, legally speaking, the money in your bank account is not really yours anymore or something like that.
A family member of mine sold a car a little while ago. They deposited the check into their bank account. I don't remember the exact amount, but I think it was $15k-$20kUSD, somewhere in there.
Anyway, they were told by the bank that a small portion would be available immediately, like $1k or something. Then more, like $5k, would be available after 2 business days, then the rest a week later.
My family was losing their minds, trying to figure out why this was happening. They felt as if the bank thought their money was illegitimate or something. It wasn't, but they were so caught off-guard by the money not being available immediately.
I thought this was great marketing for bitcoin, too. I pointed that out, and they groaned at me lol

Probably an issue with their Oracle database. Nothing to see here.

that's how they "train" you, and that's why many people are so "scary", because the money in the bank isn't really yours 👀

This is because you have Bitcoin

Was this issue resolved in the end?

Yes, account overdraft because of an unexpected bill but it didn't show up in my bank statements on the day I tried to withdraw, only a day later (or more?).
I didn't connect the dots and the customer service just said I should try again at a different ATM. Then I mentioned I already tried multiple ATMs and then she talked with the other department and they noticed that the bill. That made sense and then I tried again and it worked.
So I guess I just couldn't withdraw while this bill was still getting processed and rejected, lol.

Hmmm. Is the system down? Computer says no…
My local ATM when withdrawing €50 at 7pm on a Friday night wishes me a good night out. Same machine at 2am on the Saturday morning when trying to withdraw €200 asks if the money is for strippers or drugs..

Oh, I guess you can't read the red text in German. It says:
daily or weekly withdrawal limit reached
But I didn't withdraw anything today or this week.
