not true. actually very misleading.
the bitcoin network stores ledger forever, that is true.
relays can delete their notes whenever they want, that is true. that should be made clear.

You need a part 0 (relay+client) that introduces the relay and client relationship before the deep dive in part 1 (relays) and part 2 (clients)

It would be friendlier, less stressful with a left-to-right flow in the following format:
Nostr: uncensorable , decentralizedish blah blah description and summary
Relays graphics left to right (maybe use titled tabs or left/right arrows)
Clients graphics left to right (maybe use titled tabs or left/right arrows)
