Because we have weak merchants selling their earnings in BTC and shitcoiners pretending to be bitcoiners. On top of that companies pretending to be "bitcoin companies" selling VISA cards... Mar 2024? ;) It is being a crazy month for sure. Remember that all those funds can be sold too. Probably not soon but one day after the bull market, they could cascade and create a massive selling too.

hah i think that’s just a flaw in the charting software

those funds can also be sold, you’re right. in the short-term though, i think it’s more likely we see funds adding as prices go up.
