That was it. Wasn't he running about backstage lost in mirror maze like the music video, and then turned up at the top of the stadium. If I remember right, he had a really different stage set up, wasn't it built into the end of the stadium or something like that?

Not one of their tracks I was familiar with, but I see what you're saying about it being not their usual thing which is probably why people didn't like it. But honestly the "see how they run" bit was a cool section of vocals from (I'm guessing) Paul and John? Really cool vocal lines.
I've always loved the piano beat in this song it has a great rhythm to it. You can just tell this was one of Paul's compositions. Yeah, the "see how they run" is very cool
I'm a simple being, and sometimes the little things artists add like a harmonised little vocal run. Just make me happy.

Steve Miller Band - Abracadabra Jerry's vintage tune of the day, Steve Miller Band's The Joker, reminded me of the first time I heard them as wee lad. This song was played on near constant repeat on the radio back in '82.

Yesterday I learned that the Beatles did not play any instruments on the recording of Eleanor Rigby. I should have known this as it is all strings but never gave it any thought until I was presented with this factoid.
