Much of this has been possible for a few years, but I bet it'll be normal before too long and we'll see it used in western countries. Doing anything but using an AI representation of yourself, projected as some hologram with a campaign message tailored to each voting base, will seem old fashioned and inefficient.

The faking is problem but it'll be motivation to have work be cryptographically signed.
