we initiated a comprehensive update to the designs across our lending and trading platforms. Enhancements were made to key sections, such as the main page, offers page, as well as the accept and create offers functionalities. This effort resulted in a significant boost in performance, with our volume tripling and the number of completed contracts doubling within six months of the updates.
Nice boosted metrics. However I don’t think I would reach the same conclusion as they have. P2P success is determined by solving the chicken and egg situation in equal parts. Driving sufficient volume & benefits to both sides. Optimisation and usability of software UX has the same impact for any online business. And I would arguably say for P2P platforms, users have historically been pretty tolerant of undesirable UX, providing it is solving a greater problem for them.
The product needs to solve the problem better than B2C providers can and if that is done by reducing friction and time to execute trades/purchases that’s the improvement, not the UX changing itself.

If you attempt to use the platform and they find out (ie. someone reports you) they will simply shut down your account. I was shocked, but this is what happened to me.
U.S. residents are in fact blocked from using HodlHodl. I just contacted them. Below is their response.
