- Decentralized movie / documentary platform - where the authors get the sats without any middlemen and the sats are split to each of the crew members accordingly. 
- Expense sharing application, something like https://settleup.io
- Book sharing codes - just put read books outside and when someone takes them they can tip you
- Decentralized marketplace for quick services - buy groceries, deliver smaller things, etc. 
- Funding without borders - anyone around the world takes couple pictures, writes summary and can get funded by volunteers
- Betting games with friends. Anyone can create new bet, winner gets the sats. 
- e-reader where you pay for the book per page read
- Jukebox in bars where you can send sats to change the song

It's not as smooth as it could be, but in Breez you can open Apps > FixedFloat and select currency you would like to pay to (there are many, including XMR) and just confirm and scan QR in whatever currency. 
It's set to automatically pay from your LN balance ;)

- A lightning wallet that lets me fulfill purchases in other crypto. A little controversial but it would be perfect use case. BTC is the perfect store of value but if someone want's to only take stablecoin maybe I can pay them somehow using an integrated swap in the wallet.

I would probably like to some a lot of the shitcoin ideas implemented on the LN, but where the only decentralized part is the tipping aspect (similar to what we do here on SN), but where the rest uses well-working more-efficient-than-blockchain legacy systems (AWS and the like).
