  • A lightning wallet that lets me fulfill purchases in other crypto. A little controversial but it would be perfect use case. BTC is the perfect store of value but if someone want's to only take stablecoin maybe I can pay them somehow using an integrated swap in the wallet.

It's not as smooth as it could be, but in Breez you can open Apps > FixedFloat and select currency you would like to pay to (there are many, including XMR) and just confirm and scan QR in whatever currency. It's set to automatically pay from your LN balance ;)
