That is a very interesting statement.  
Do you believe this is going to happen someday? 
This still sounds like a utopia to a large portion of the population because they consider governments very strong. 
Personally, I think that Bitcoin and Blockchain have the potential to achieve this.  

I don't know. A wild stab at it would be Hayek's sly, roundabout quote:
