I'm not a dev nor the owner of SN, and I'm also grateful for this site. Is there a way to improve SN with better preview of the topics that are created? I'm seeing many accounts posting like couples of topics together at the same time just by copying a link from any website.
  1. It's like spaming SN without any filter of quality news.
  2. I cannot (and I don't) trust links to unkown sources.
If the site can make a preview of the link on the topic it would be better. Thanks.

I understand your point. In general, in recent days there are usually topics that don't interest me, but hey, it's part of every forum. The "spam" will always be there, because this page does not have an interest-based content delivery algorithm. And where I found the filter is looking at the top of the day.
I know they are preparing $sub to put more order (i want ~memes)
About the preview page I think it is not difficult to integrate, but it would overload the SN servers since too many links are published per day. If you are concerned about your privacy, you can use DuckDuckGo and some VPN to visit unknown links.

I agree with you. Why do you recommend duckdcukgo? The issue of unknown links is not so much to leave a record, but also to be sure where I'm heading. Does DDG protects against malicious links?

There is another post, here on SN, that notices there is an increase in possibly less-desirable posts. You might find it an interesting read:

SN can pull in the sites open graph tags to give you the same preview the article would have on social media sites like FB, Twitter and LinkedIn that shouldn't be too hard to add, they already have it for Twitter
I do think a ratings score would be nice and there was a way to pay sats to verify your SN with your website like sites like Pinterest does, it could add an additional layer for filtering
