It seems a little reckless to wear anything that is obviously bitcoin-branded in public (orange Bitcoin logo, using the word Bitcoin). Pleblab shirts on the other hand...

I was wearing some BTC apparel in the early years. And I stopped doing it. But now I only wear ONE and only in occasions when I meet friends that didn't listen my advice for years: I really want to see their grim faces.

That is a pretty awesome shirt...

I don't like too much the design ala "communist manifesto" but important is that nocoiners will get the message "I told you so". I fucking love to say it to them.
reply
This is great, I need to do this!

I'm a little surprised you didn't have "No, I'm too cheap." as an option.
reply
Shoot. I wasn't thinking of it cause while I am cheap, I'm far more worried about putting a target on my back.
I really am surprised when I see Bitcoin apparel in the wild. Saw a Bitcoin bumper sticker yesterday and I just don't get it. Maybe it's god-level reverse psychology...

I don’t mind but I do prefer to wear more obscure, IYKYK type of designs. And this is what I try to create as well!
Check it out at the Bullish Shop and let me know what you think. 🤙

Ha awesome! The pictures will make you look like a genius!

I did think about finding this but I don’t need another shirt.

I'm not even saying people that I own Bitcoin. I don't want to attract thieves around me.
reply
no, don't want to catch too much attention.

This is my situation. Also I make Bitcoin stuff, but I can't imagine sticking a Bitcoin logo on something someone wears out in public. Makes no sense to me. I see all these other folks selling Bitcoin shirts and hard, but I wonder, like, who is buying it?
reply
I sometimes like to got to metal music events in Bitcoin shirts and in metal band shirts to Bitcoin events.

Do you worry about people thinking you are some kind of og bitcoiner with a huge stack? (This is what I assume Normie's think of every bitcoiner when price goes up)
Probably the most dangerous thing would be to wear a Creed shirt to either type of event...
reply
I am kinda public person about Bitcoin where I live, have even spoken on national TV about topic, etc, so too late for me to worry about that.
reply
I wear them at home, at work, at party, at night and at everytime.

Can't steal what I (might) have.

Can still beat the shit out of you because you were "lucky".

I’ve been an evangelist for bitcoin and other related things for many years, so I do wear gear like that. However, I only do it in safe areas. Where I live I know it’s safe. I will be more careful when traveling and in specific cities where I know there is organized crime or have been incidents in the past.
reply
I rarely wear colored t-shirts.
reply
Yes but only inconspicuously, like a sparrow hat for example.
reply
Exactly. I'm a fan of Bitcoin merch that indirectly references it. I don't think I'd ever put a Bitcoin logo on and go out in public. Feels like you are asking for it.
reply
Only on Fridays
reply
I've wanted to, but for the same reasons as most have decided it's a bad idea. Don't want to give anyone any ideas.
reply
Nope. Have one Bitcoin t-shirt that I wear at home sometimes but have never worn it out of the house. Maybe I will wear it this summer.
reply
I've got the little hodler socks.
reply
Yes, everywhere: not evangelist

I used to, still have bunch of t-shirts. Because who else would wear those things if not the ones who own Bitcoin. And I don’t think it’s clever to disclose that.
