I don't have a second computer, or Raspberry Pi, or other device that I can keep running 24/7. I would like to try to grow my node and channel sizes while minimizing the risk of losing my BTC.
The go to seems to be https://voltage.cloud.
Though you could always buy a VM a hosting provider and build your node from the ground up if you really wish to learn. You could follow the this https://raspibolt.org.

I’m all setup with my voltage.cloud node and have three small channels. I’m still learning, but let me know if anyone wants a peer. I plan to leave this node up indefinitely.

Thank you for the recommendations. I joined the waitlist for voltage.cloud and will look into raspibolt.
