I have, I used an app called FatSecret. Decent app, easy to use and helpful. I used it for a few months but stopped because after consistently keeping track of my macros, I got a better idea of how much I should be eating in a day, so no longer felt the need to keep tracking. I think it's a good idea to initially keep track of nutrition to see how well you are eating and if you are covering all your bases. Because most of us are usually deficient in something and logging it in helps you see what you may be deficient in.
