I'm kinda getting desperate to increase time to reach the 5 min mark, while am not able to fix the posture towards the end.. Butt tends to go lower after the ~2.45 mark.
Not sure how I can work to fix it. Thinking about doing a one max rep in the morning and then do few 2 min reps later in the day!
