There's a lot of value in explaining the merits of Bitcoin to people who are intellectually curious, but you're right that all anyone else needs to see is that other people are using it.
This isn't directly related, but I've been wondering how many celebrities hold Bitcoin. Many have shilled for FTX and other Bitcoin-centric companies. There's not much incentive for them to directly advertise for Bitcoin though.
Maybe some rappers will start incorporating Bitcoin in their songs and that will help it catch on.
Most people do not understand money, how it works, and what problem it solves. This is a huge barrier to understanding bitcoin but in my experience those that don't understand it may be at an advantage as they haven't been indoctrinated with fiat poison yet. I'm thinking of people like me from a blue collar background. These people have a natural skepticism of suits. Most have been screwed by smart people and while this is a barrier to understanding bitcoin once they get through that barrier I think they become hard core.

If there is any subgroup of celebs that I believe are holding bitcoin it would be rappers.

And, they'd be the ones most likely to boast about it and glamorize it.

I also think the bigger they are the more secure their position the less likely this is. It will likely be up and comers. I think this across the board. Fiat is a god and bitcoin is it destroyer. Fiat is a lie and bitcoin is the truth.
