But if you scroll through SN and don't see any collapsed comments, they are probably not active anymore anyway?
Not trying to excuse us from providing such a list, just saying that muting someone still means you would see their comments, just collapsed by default.

I don't think so, at least I haven't found one.
I haven't seen any collapsed items recently, so it's probable that they are no longer active.
Good for you. There probably should be a muted list somewhere for exactly this situation.
