It was March 25th, 2021, tree years ago already, during Jack Dorsey's testimony before the Members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee on misinformation, Moscow Time became a Bitcoin meme spawned by cybersecurity researcher Chris Vickery. He started the meme with his tweet1 asking what time zone Jack was testifying from as his "clock" said 1952. He clarified in a further tweet2 that the clock must be set to current Moscow time, refusing to believe otherwise.
Today, it's 1501, everywhere, not just in Moscow ;)
