My journey to a better life
I want to be more focused and direct in my life, this account is dedicated to the practice towards that life.
I honestly want to improve in every category in my life. However I will probably do best to focus one a few categories.

In my work, I have grown lazy. In my family I have grown lazy. In my health I have grown lazy.
To remedy this I believe I will set up some basic rules to follow, and with these rules there will follow a basic schedule to follow.
I plan to post my rules and my schedule. I plan to post updates. I am not sure how often or how much or about what, I tend to create web sites and accounts way before doing the work it's supposed to showcase; putting the cart before the horse.
Techniques
Work
I will use the Pomodoro Technique for my work days when I work from home. I am not sure if it's possible to do while in office, usually I am the chatty one and/or get disturbed by other chatty colleagues.
Family
I will use my Rhodia goal book to plan in, not really using the Bullet Journal technique, but something similar.
Health
For strength I will enjoy some Calisthenics. For cardio I will enjoy running.
Apps
Forest
I use Forest to lock my phone during my pomodoros.
I am a pro user because I needed to use a white list, so I lock my phone up for everything but some work use cases such as 2FA.
StayFocused
I use StayFocused to block web sites on my phone which I am addicted to. I use the free version which is enough for me.
I block reddit and xitter.
Music
Most often I listen to extreme and experimental metal. However I have recently been enjoying the flow of NoGood Radio while performing my pomodoros ...
