ok, looking forward to it. To me it seems much easier for the state to confiscate bitcoin than gold - they know who has it if its kyced and just saying you lost your private keys will likely not help you
The incentives for "going after us" are all wrong in the first place imo. The US has a lot more to gain by adopting bitcoin than fighting against it. If they try to adopt via confiscated, the result will be civil unrest and likely the downfall of the country. It's an extremely weakening move to go after your own citizens on a large scale. Way too much to lose. Way more to gain by playing along.
