Why not use other plant sources? Terps from cannabis aren't magical; they're just chemicals, and you could potentially procure them for much cheaper from other plants.

  1. Has to be vertically integrated so we have to make all our inputs
  2. You are not allowed to use value added products (like terps from other sources in products)
  3. Unless you know the source your getting terpenes from they can be low quality or not even close to the named terp.
  4. Not every single terpene is available in the market
