This is cool in its own right, but I also kind of love that they tested the machine on pumpkins initially. Worth watching the attached video, too (it's in French, but has English subtitles).

Oh wow, the cerebellum is crazy dense.
It makes sense why robots struggle extra hard with the very thing cerebellums do.
