Instapot note - you can also make hard boiled eggs in them that peel SO easily, no hassle at all, ever.
Apparently it's because you're actually steaming them, and you could do the same in a regular pot. Anyway, it makes hard boiled eggs something to always have available.
the eggs made this way are so easy to peel that all that is necessary is peel the two ends and blow into one end. the egg comes out the other.
