Hellish! Just couldn't sleep last night because I ate too much of Pasta and a big slice of Pizza. Don't tell me you never had sleep issues entirely because of your food choices for dinner?
A growing body of research suggests that the foods you eat can affect how well you sleep, and your sleep patterns can affect your dietary choices.
Additionally, Researchers have found that eating a diet that is high in sugar, saturated fat and processed carbohydrates can disrupt your sleep, while eating more plants, fiber and foods rich in unsaturated fat — such as nuts, olive oil, fish and avocados — seems to have the opposite effect, helping to promote sound sleep.
I view sleep as one of the best time of your daily routine, so to make it more merrier there's a chart of foods that you should consume for better sleep right before you go to bed.
