Why not mention Lightning as THE L2 scaling solution, which was launched a while ago and works fine? And if you run a lightning node, the most important problem to solve is rebalancing channels. I think you didn't understand the scope of the post at all. I'm not bitching about Lightning or saying that Liquid isn't a good tool to rebalance.
