Its interesting because usually when the government and SEC interferes, the project completely stalls. Little guys usually dont have to funds to win.

110% right! To me thats what made this whole thing more amazing/funny even. At the end of the day Telegram got what they wanted. Was it a little late? Yep but honestly they probably got a better product because of spinning it out and letting it become what it has!
