Yes. You can find refurbished Pixel 6 or 6a for cheap and they are not too slow.

Found one locally for ~300 EUR, thinking about buying it (still seems expensive, after I bought iPhone 7, which is my main phone, year or two ago for ~130 EUR :D ).

Even if they deliver, will be +21% VAT and also some customs tax.
Update - just checked, they deliver only to USA.
