Rewards depend on the card you are purchasing, how you pay and how much you buy. I think only Amazon gift cards give 21 sat reward. The rest should be a percentage of purchase back in sats.
Last gift card I purchased was a $25 gas card and I got 692 sats back.

I was responding to another comment and I got the notification so replied right away. I was actually just about to put my laptop away and take my dog for a walk. So it was good timing.
