Botev Plovdiv Check In
It's been awhile, so time to check in on everyone's favourite Bulgarian Bitcoin Football Club. Last time we checked in with the team they had 2 games remaining in regular season play to solidify their playoff spot.
The team finished 7th and is currently entering the Conference League playoffs with an upcoming match against Slavia Sofia tomorrow.
Also, at last check in the team was playing in the Bulgarian Cup which I am pleased to announce the team won.

Their victory in the Bulgarian Cup qualifies them to participate in the UEFA Europa League next season (no idea what that is or how it works but I assume this is a good development).
Congrats to Botev. I will do one more post once their season is complete to recap how they fared in the conference playoffs.

Came back in time to turn to the game and catch the second half. Knicks came out swinging early in the third, but it seems they are running out of gas again. Looks like the Pacers are going to take this one, unless the Knicks can dig deep enough to find even more fuel.
T. J. McConnell is frigging awesome. I love his play.

Pacers played great. Knicks too banged up and too worn down to keep up. Pacers can beat the Celtics right, right?

Brunson got a fractured hand in the 3rd. It was pretty much over for the Knick at that point. They had a good run this year, especially considering all the injuries throughout the season and even through the playoffs. Better luck next year.

I am just glad chrome translates web pages for you. As much as I try to avoid the evil empire Google that’s pretty handy when it comes to trying to figure out what is going on in a Bulgarian soccer league.

UEFA Europe League is the second competition in European football. Champions league is the most prestigious tournament, then Europe League. Finally third competition is UEFA Conference League.
